AS contractors, we are very pleased with the architecture of Roseni 9. We have worked in the area for over 25 years and the modern building fits the historic environment perfectly - it requires quite an effort to recollect what there used to be earlier. In confirmation of Martin Aunin's intuitive eye for the market trends is the fact that prior to its completion all apartments had been sold and the business premises filled with tenants.
